How soon do your cookies ship?
Our cookies are baked fresh and packed with care. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout, typically 1–4 business days in transit.

We bake in small batches to ensure quality, so during peak periods shipping times may be closer to the longer end of that window.
How big are the cookies?
Each cookie is approximately 4 inches in diameter. Because they’re baked fresh, slight variations in size and thickness can occur.
How are your cookies packaged for shipping?
Our cookies are carefully packaged to arrive fresh and intact. Each cookie is individually protected and placed inside a branded box, which is then secured inside a shipping box designed for transit.

We do not use ice packs or refrigerated packaging. Our cookies are baked and packaged in a way that allows them to travel safely under normal shipping conditions.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 5–7 days of delivery when stored in an airtight container at room temperature. For extended freshness, cookies can be refrigerated, which can help preserve quality for 7–10 days from delivery. For longer storage, cookies may be frozen upon arrival. When stored properly in the freezer, we’ve found they can taste fresh for up to 3 months. Simply thaw at room temperature when ready to enjoy.
Do your cookies contain allergens?
Yes. Our cookies are baked in a kitchen that uses wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we take care in our baking process, we cannot guarantee that cross-contact will not occur. If you or the recipient has a severe food allergy, we recommend consulting with a medical professional before consuming our products.
Do you offer gluten-free cookies?
We do offer select gluten-free flavors. However, all cookies are produced in a shared kitchen environment and are not suitable for individuals with celiac disease or severe gluten allergies due to possible cross-contact. That said, gluten-free options may be requested for most flavors. If you’re interested in a gluten-free version of a specific cookie, please reach out to us before placing your order and we’ll walk you through the process and available options.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes.
What if my cookies arrive damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and cookies. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
How much do your cookies cost?
Our cookies are sold in half dozen and dozen options, with pricing starting at $21 for a half dozen and $42 for a dozen, depending on the selection. Follow us on Instagram for Monthly Discount Codes! Each order includes large, handcrafted cookies made from a time-tested recipe and premium ingredients. Every cookie is individually wrapped and labeled with its flavor and ingredient information, then placed together in a protective poly bag sleeve and packed inside a kraft paper–protected shipping box to help ensure they arrive fresh and intact.
Do you offer scheduled or future delivery dates?
At this time, we are not able to hold or schedule orders for a specific delivery date. All orders ship as soon as they are freshly baked and packed. Delivery timing will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
