At Giga Cookies, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order. Please review this Shipping Policy before placing an order.
1. Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using the following carriers:

Carrier selection is determined by destination, package size, and operational considerations.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
UPS shipments cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. USPS shipments may be delivered to PO Boxes where applicable.
3. Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
Processing time does not include transit time.
During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volume periods, processing times may be extended.
5. Shipping Method
At this time, we offer Standard Ground shipping only.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
6. Perishable Goods Disclaimer
Our cookies are perishable food items.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Texture, softness, or appearance may vary due to weather or shipping conditions

Minor variations resulting from shipping conditions do not constitute product defects
We strongly recommend bringing packages indoors promptly upon delivery.
7. Carrier and Weather Delays
Once an order is handed off to the carrier, Giga Cookies, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier service interruptions

Natural disasters

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Delays after a package is marked as delivered by the carrier
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the shipping box and product
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. We will assist with documentation when possible but are not responsible for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
10. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier rates.
We do not currently offer free shipping.
11. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
