Due to the nature of our products, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Final Sale Policy

All Giga Cookies products are perishable food items and are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns of food products.

2. Quality and Order Issues

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives with an issue, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible issues may include:

• Items damaged during transit

• Incorrect items received

3. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for review, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the shipping box and product

• A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for review.

4. Remedies

If a claim is approved, Giga Cookies, Inc. may offer, at our discretion:

• A replacement shipment, or

• Store credit for future use

Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are issued only in rare circumstances at our sole discretion.

5. Non-Eligible Situations

The following are not eligible for replacement, credit, or refund:

• Shipping delays caused by carriers

• Weather-related effects during transit

• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

• Minor texture, softness, or appearance variations

• Taste preferences or dissatisfaction with flavor

• Failure to bring packages indoors promptly after delivery

6. Carrier Claims

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

We may assist with documentation when possible but are not responsible for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

7. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse future service or claims from customers who exhibit patterns of repeated or excessive claims.

Giga Cookies, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
